When Beyondesign, a distinguished creative design firm based in Mumbai, invited me to collaborate on crafting the strategy and publication materials for Lodha Builders, a prominent construction company in Maharashtra, I was thrilled. What initially began as a straightforward construction brochure swiftly transformed into a deeply personal journey encompassing style, design, and human connection.

UNCOVERING CONNECTION THROUGH: THE POWER OF LINE

During our brainstorming sessions, I stumbled upon the notion of utilizing lines as the cornerstone of our design narrative. Given that the catalog showcased luxury homes, our ideation process aimed to seamlessly blend style, comfort, and interpersonal relationships in a manner that complemented the vision of an upscale residential complex. A line, beyond its literal function of connecting two points, possesses the ability to craft intricate patterns, reveal shapes within buildings, carve textures from negative spaces, and convey attributes like strength, authenticity, and quality through its placement alone. Leveraging this versatile design element, alongside meticulously curated layouts and spatial imagery, our design strategy was not only showcased style and quality but also effectively communicated an experience of human relationships that are integral to the real estate industry.
