Song Picturization

A Location Realization exercise at Film and Television Institute of India for transforming existing locations into a film set. The project was realized by picturizing an old classic song “Lapak Jhapak”.

Working with two of my production design classmates, we defined the overall visual look of this production. Since the exercise was about transforming an existing location, we modified the set after first identifying and conceptualizing it, and then going through the construction, dressing, and propping, thereby transforming a section of a campus building into a typical low-grade shady (desi) bar.
